- Checking that your boiler is operating correctly and set for optimal performance
- Inspecting your system, including cylinders, tanks, radiators, pumps, valves, all components, and visible pipework
- Using thermal imaging on radiators and underfloor heating pipes to identify any cold spots
- Flushing your central heating system, radiators, and underfloor heating to ensure maximum efficiency
- Applying enhanced performance chemicals to your system
- Performing a full boiler service, ensuring all major components are maintained for smooth operation
- Conducting a gas safety test and providing certification for your gas appliances and pipework
- Offering an appraisal for potential system upgrades or improvements, including controls, thermostats, filters, and carbon monoxide alarms, among other options

- No call out charge.
- Minimum of 1hr charge applies on all jobs & if further time is required (it goes into 15min increments) the engineer will keep you informed throughout.
- We operate a booking deposit system of the 1 hour minimum charge via debit/credit card, allowing us to dispatch an engineer to you.
- Parts and sundries are quoted separately.
- Gas Catering Certificate Additional £65.00 (+VAT) per appliance.
- Fixed prices are available for larger jobs & on request.
- Any material collect time required is capped at 1hr charge maximum & materials deposit taken.
- Our engineers do carry limited stock of parts on their van, we charge a minimum of £85.00 (+VAT) for these parts to be supplied.
- All prices are subject to VAT and we hold the right to change the rate at point of quoting.
