What Is LPG, and Who Needs It?
LPG (liquefied petroleum gas, usually propane) is a stored fuel kept in a cylinder or bulk tank on site, rather than delivered through the underground mains network. Once installed, LPG appliances work in much the same way as their mains gas equivalents - the difference is in the fuel supply, storage, and the regulator and pipework needed to handle it safely.
