Can Limescale or Sludge Cause F20?

Potentially as a wider overheating mechanism, but this needs careful wording. These explicit differences are exactly why generic advice such as "an overheating fault means your pump is broken" is unreliable. Both F20 and F76 involve temperature safety, but they monitor different conditions, and F23, F24 and F22 each describe their own diagnostic event.

Is Vaillant F20 Dangerous?
